so now I have had 2 weeks of high stress..with family and friends..
I have been thinking about taking a 5 mg valium..
I went back and forth...I decided I needed some rest time...
so I took a 5 mg valium tablet...now I am more calm..
I may take another later this morning...I need some rest time...
I will let you know how this goes for me...
