The only solution is how YOU live. It's up to you to change your lifestyle. Practise minimalism and voluntary simplicity, choose the media you follow, choose people you meet, be mindful.
That's the way YOU and your family will find peace NOW. if you wait for "them" to help you, you'll wait in vain.
There are communities online around this kind of simple living, just youtube, Google and Facebook them and you'll find tons of support and inspiration.
