I do not know what the health care system is like for you in India. Any chance you could seek out a different doctor?
Difficulty with breathing is a serious matter. It should also be thoroughly investigated ASAP.
I hope you have some options for seeking additional medical help. It's very important to rule out any underlying conditions instead of their blaming depression, etc. Sometimes, doctors simply blame it all on depression and do not fully evaluate their patients. (Difficulty breathing cannot be blamed on depression.)
Please try to stay optimistic if you can, as doing so may give you a bit more strength than feeling defeated. Has to be very frustrating.
My heart goes out to you.
I am hoping you have some options for further care.

Thanks WC.
In India more than 80 percent of the doctors I have seen didn't care about me/take my symptoms seriously.
I was reading articles on the internet about breathing difficulties. I have difficulty breathing through the left nostril. I guess my respiratory muscles are not working as they should and that's reducing the amount of oxygen in my blood and increasing the amount of carbon dioxide, which is making me tired. I will call my doctor after a week if the nasal spray doesn't help and tell him about the respiratory muscle weakness.
