If that's a railroad crossing alarm that you're describing, then I'd either call the railroad (if you know who it is), or call your local Police Department & let them know. It's not a 911 situation, but is still a potential safety hazard.
you should have seen me when I heard it thundering I jumped oh by the way somebody did come and fix the alarm I guess a lot of people must have thought it wasnt working right,I am sure the storm somehow triggered it off.Thank you for the hugs I am sending you one too,We all need them dont you think??I fell asleep for a lousy half hour and I feel so darn anxious,I dont know why it seems to be happening every night about 11-1 ugh,
