I totally understand how you were feeling and I'm sorry you were in that spot. It was good that you could let us know how you were feeling. There are so many different reasons why members may not have responded in the time you had hoped they would. We do have to take into consideration that most of us do have our own mental health issues we are dealing with just like you. That can mean they just can't respond at the moment, not that they didn't want to.
If by chance you were also looking at the number of views and wondering why folks were responding, if you posted in an open forum, then they can be accessed in "read only" mode via a search engine. That means anyone on the net can read your post but can't respond.
If you find yourself feeling this way again, please remind yourself to breathe. Slow deep breathing in thru your nose and slow release thru your mouth can really help with anxiety and just to help bring us back down from the ceiling.

Take a break, take a shower, get a cup of tea, take a nap, watch a funny program on tv, go for a walk, bake a cake, you get the drift. Breathe and take care of yourself as best you can.
