Sorry you're suffering. I don't know much about drugs, I'm afraid. I take sertraline, and that did have powerful side-effects, for a while. I guess keep the dose low, as you're doing, until you can see a doc. If you develop a rash, or any kind of bleeding, that would be the time to get to the ER.
