Having done that but from a different source, I know this would be a bad idea. You can harm yourself more than you can help yourself. I want to note here that I was very fortunate to be successful for a period of time. Actually it was not likely for this to happen. Then I got into trouble at a later time for related reasons. You really need to know what you are doing to manage these types of meds. IMO many of them are or can turn out to be nasty meds for you. As a rather extreme example, there are people that need to be placed on a dosage of lithium that is near a toxic dose. Every now and then you hear of one unfortunate patient ending up in the ER. Even I sometimes think I do know how to manage my own meds due to years of experience being given meds. But I still would never attempt this for very good reasons.
