She just called me back. We talked for over an hour. She was soooooooo helpful. She told me she was out of town and called me back as soon as she got my message. She was very supportive and had some really good ideas about how to handle the situation with my daughter. I guess sometimes people are just not available to check their messages, and I need a little more patience. But it's still hard when they don't call back right away....
