I exercised for about two miles. This involved both walking for one time, and running the other time. I have burned a total of 187 calories. I would of burned more but I ran into ocular problems. Fortunately, I was not walking across the intersection when this happened. So this makes for a target of 2,687 calories. I have consumed 2,695 calories. This worked out well. Tomorrow I will exercise for at least two miles, hopefully more.
PS Once again I am finding that the calculations offered online assumes someone already in fairly good shape. Why do a great many people exercise? They do this to lose weight. IOW they are likely not that physically fit.
