I often hear mentions of a weighted blanket. Have you tried it /do you use it?
Isn't it too hot in the summer?
Doesn't the weight make you more anxious, like someone is lying on you and suffocating you?
My sleep has imperoved a lot recently but it's still not 100%. So I'm wondering if this could help but not sure.
