I know exactly how you feel. The worst part is that when I was feeling like that I also felt that there was no end in sight. I would wake up and immediately think, Am I freaking out? That was the worst. It was the last thing I would think about before I went to bed and the first thing when I woke up. Are you currently on medication for your anxiety? I found that when I started my medication it took a few weeks for me to feel better. I know this is not encouraging to you right now but please know that it will get better. When you feel anxiety, close your eyes and pick a focal point, breathe in deep and hold it for 5 seconds, then exhale. Repeat this several times. Also keep a journal. Write everything down. Even if you think it's nothing. I just picked up a CD yesterday from Target. It's a relaxing CD. I put in on last night before I went to bed and the next thing I knew it was morning. Please know that we are all here for you. There are good and bad days. Please do not get stuck on the bad days. When you have one remember the good one's. There will be so many good one's in your future. Well, I'm just rambling now. Keep your head up. It'll get better. (((((hugs)))))
