I googled your city and state and "job postings" - its not bad, there are fast food, hospitality, supermarket stocking, and office jobs. A temp agency might be able to find you something pretty quickly even. I assume with your educational background you are fairly proficient on the computer. Ive done temp work between jobs, sometimes all they want is for you to transcribe meeting minutes from a tape, anybody can do that.
