I had a few relatives who swore around me from a young age. I remember cussing at my grandma when I was around 4 or 5. I didn't get in trouble that I remember, but I think she had a talk with my mommy dearest, because she swore less around me after that.


I knew cussing was 'wrong' though, so I didn't cuss much after that until I was a teenager. I still try not to swear around family.
