whoa my first thought is some people are looking at some major jail prison time. they all just committed more than one law doing that.
Acid (LSD) is illegal in all states. (possessing it may be legal but using it to harm another or with out another's permission such as slipping it into someones drink or food is a crime)
premeditated assault (according to this post it was planned out of anger)
my suggestion would be to keep your distance and not have anything more to do with this friend and friend of friend.... if they could do this to each other theres no telling who else they will do it to and most likely they may have done this before to someone.
Another suggestion.... in some states when one knows about someone who has committed such a crime and did not report it can also be held responsible. maybe an anon call to your local police department so that you wont end up in some hot water yourself for not reporting a crime or other crimes especially since one ended up hospitalized.
