sorry about this. if you want to keep trying the uppers, I think they still make the old school Dexedrine Spansules and some all day (not vyvnase) Dexedrine. The spansules I think are a 2x daily thing, I could be wrong.

maybe change out the tranquilizer/antipsychotic? risperidone, invega...are on the more mind numbing end of the atypicals. or...

i dont know your medical coverage situation, but some people do well on Provigil or Nuvigil. I don't know the difference between the two. Both are expensive where I live, but they're (apparently) not as harsh or euphoric as the older stimulants. Downside is they seem to have some strange potential adverse effects and I think drug-drug interactions can be more of an issue.

could you work with the shrink to maybe reduce the tranquilizer dosage a bit? over time, some bigger studies seem to indicate that lower doses might actually be better for overall functioning.

and of course...have you tried Focalin? It is basically cleaned up Ritalin, but I did better with it than I did with Ritalin. Not really sure why...
