Then, I'm with una's suggestion to speak with a doctor. It's true that in the US certain breast surgeries are considered medically necessary. I can attest to that. Having had mammography covered years ago. The doctor went by mass etc. There's augmentation options out there, as well. At the time, one of my friends in college mentioned surgery as a real option, having had one herself. At that point in my life it was a wishful thought in the sense that I had said that maybe once I got on my feet out of school, that I would save up. I used to believe that most breast surgery was "cosmetic" and elective. Au Contraire....
