It seems that your system across The Pond appears to be broken. Could it be their case load? Is it just their attitude? Lack of resources? I just do not understand how the system you have to deal with every day works the way it does.
From what I see you are saying, do you mean that there is apparently no personal attention to their patients care? No commitment to the quality of their patients future wellbeing? I guess it starts with a health provider willing to spend the time to listen to their patient. I am sorry to see you are in a very frustrating situation indeed!
