Hello seattle: I'm sorry you are facing this most disturbing situation.
I noticed this is your first post here on PC. So... welcome to PsychCentral.
I hope you find PC to be of benefit.
Unfortunately, I don't have any better advice to offer you than has already been given.
I don't know if you're familiar with the National Domestic Violence Hotline. I realize this is an ex bf not a spouse. But there might still be some suggestions the Hotline could offer. Here's a link to their website along with their telephone hotline number:
Home | The National Domestic Violence Hotline
1 (800) 799-7233
And then here are links to some articles, from PsychCentral's archives, on the subject of how to deal with someone who is delusional. Perhaps there will be some suggestions in these articles that will be of help particularly should you in fact decide to try to go outside & talk to your ex bf:

Tamara Hill, who wrote the articles I've linked you to above, has a YouTube channel. Here are links to 4 videos she uploaded on the subject of delusions & hallucinations. I should mention I haven't watched these videos. So I can't say anything about them one way or another. But, hopefully, they may be an additional resource:

(If you watch Tamara's videos, also look down the column of thumbnails down the right-hand side of the screen. You may see other videos that might be of interest.)
My best wishes to you...
