I can certainly relate to this, but I dont have good advice. Broken hearts take time. They take tears and laughter. Remembering and forgetting.

You are not perfect. No one is. That doesnt make you unworthy of being loved. I destroyed my share of relationships and then I found someone who wouldn't give up. If it didnt work, you're either not the right match or it's not the right time, but I believe things always work out the way they are supposed to.
