Hey WC,
I need 50 mg of Lyrica to sleep through the night. Otherwise my sleep is very broken up and short. Lyrica is closely related to gabapentin. It also helps with anxiety but I only take it at night because i want it to help me sleep and it would be very sedating during the day. However recently my sleep has gotten a bit worse but I think it might just be the heat. We have some below average temperature whether for the next week or so, and I'm hoping I'll sleep more soundly.
