My friends husband was on SSI , any time she worked an extra shift she had to report and some months they didn’t receive his benefit , because of her income , so it would also apply for you , your husbands income plays into your benefit .. SSI only pays like 700 a month I think , something like that.

This is all about SSI. I have SSDI because of working all my life.

Laurie posted great info about it. Don’t know if any of it applies to you.
