WC,

if the sedation is too much maybe you can ask your pdoc to just take gabapentin in the evening or take a lower dose in the morning and a bigger one at night...
Hi tecomsin,

We are using 1200mg at night. None during the day. The sedation hangs on for the day. With 900mg at night, the sedation hangs on all day long, too. In order to have a dose that works at night, it includes sedation all day long, without taking any more all day.

Lyrica is less sedating for me and does not help me to sleep at all.

Thanks so much for your suggestions. I know you care!
