Going way over today; we went out for Asian and I didn't bring home leftovers. Mine was one with rice on the side, which I didn't eat, and wasn't as large as most but probably still 3 normal portions. Then I get my crazy "I'm over anyway" urges and just compound the problem. If this morning's weight is anywhere close to reality I have a bit of room but just the same I will try to go light tomorrow and see what I weigh on Monday.
