My dog woke me up at 8 AM CST. We went out for a walk. Then my stomach became upset. I checked the refrigerator and pantry realized I forgot to purchase ginger ale. I ate a few saltine cracker and got back in bed. Later I felt better and decided to wake my daughter to see if she was hungry. I ate very light just two toast. I watched a little Netflix. Then made a grocery list on my app. I’m cooking a homemade baked ziti and need to get all the ingredients. I actually cannot eat it but both my daughters can. They love ❤️ it. I went to Dollar Tree first to buy a big bowl. That way I can put leftovers in it and freeze it. I’ve been super lucky my oldest daughter K works part time at Evolve Paleo. Employees get to take home food that’s close to expiration dates. She brought home a weeks worth of food for me!!! The food was really good too. What I did is bring the food home and freeze it. The salads I ate first so they would not expire. Oh I have really good news....my oldest daughter starts a new full time job this Tuesday. I explained to her to keep her opinions about the training to herself.
