I also suffer from bouts of anxiety although I am not at the moment in a situation where i have to deal with anything, the way that you are. I am glad you have your husband to help you get through this and hope it all works out for you so that you can look forward to being in a less demanding circumstance.
Financial worries can be really troublesome. It's good you have support of your pdoc and to find that sweet spot for gabapentin and perhaps any other med that might contribute to sedation.
