Great change!

You may also be sleeping better now that you quit the alcohol, which could be one reason you feel better.

I am very pro-water. Drinking the right amount seems to make my body work better. It helps your digestion, too, since it helps with digestive mobility.

There is a water tracking mechanism on my fitness pal. Love it.
