My depression is coming back too. I think what I'm going to do and what you could do is make a schedule for 3 or 4 hrs a day and stick to it, even if you don't work. It has helped me in the past. Schedule "Read a book" "play a video game" "go for a walk." Schedule enjoyable stuff and you will still feel like you accomplished something.
