I am guilty of talking on the phone for less than a min sometimes. I don't do it often anymore unless its urgent. But at least I don't run other drivers off the road like the many cell-phone stuck to their face people on this planet. If I wasnt so aware of my surroundings, I would have been side swiped more times than I can count!
