This confuses me. Are we talking SSDI? My experience is that only the applicant's income is counted. It's one of the (faulty) ways they decide if you can work (and is grossly unfair to those who have no one to help support them and/or live where the cost of living is higher because they have a set amount you can't earn over. They seriously once flagged me for earning $1 --gross-- over their amount ONE month(!) Don't get me started as they say..)

But yeah, anyway, that confused me...
