I am so, so sorry that you and your pets had to go through such fear and devastation. Yes, you are alive, but clearly not "okay". I have no experience with tornadoes, but plenty with the wildfires this summer. There will be help set up (there might be, already) for you and for your dog and cat. Is there anyone at all that you can stay with? I know that can be very complicated with pets. This is the kind of situation I wish I could do more about.
