During session, I was focused on a memory I hardly had any of, but apparently other people in my head do remember. Those others' memories are slowly becoming my own. I haven't stopped being on guard for three days and my sleep is so light I might as well stay awake. I keep having somatic pains and emotional flashbacks constantly. I think I had a full flashback at some point but I was also dissociating at the same time, so I don't know.
