I need to make this work.
I am Bipolar and can get/have gotten all worked up trying to count calories in the past. And thank you for the suggestion about the dietician. My insurance won't pay for that and I have a large deductible.
I only eat 2 meals a day.Eat at a health food store for lunch monday thru friday. I know that drinking alcohol is the reason I gained all of this weight. I drank 3-4 300 calorie beers every night will put on one pound per week.
plus menopause plus meds equals weight gain.
I know what to do, its just doing it.
