brighten up the kale. nice kick to it.
snacked on some zero net carb ice desert, it was fair and called wink 100 calories for the whole pint mostly ice with some stevia to sweeten it and other ingredients.
a fudge pop-2 carbs and a truffle for 3 carbs.
I had 2 cups of coffee for breakfast with half and half.I may not drink anything this friday

I went to the gym tonight and walked on the tred mill for 5 miles in100minutes and made it 6.5 minutes on the stair master.
home by 930 to see seinfeld which was funny. I have been using the heating neck pillow on my lower back. when i am finished watching tv, I get ready for bed and leave the heated pillow on the couch and hattie has discovered it and it laying on it.
I wook my meds and am typing poorly so it is time to go to bed.
