I love the flying dreams too! They gave me hope and a knowing that this planet and life are not my native home. That some day I will fly again and my imagination that is blocked in this world is so colorful and wide open in the next existence.

By looking at all the meds everyone is on it seems that we experience the dream thing differently. There is no one set answer. No magic or un-magic pill.

I do keep a dream journal but it hasn't been active since the return of ap's.
