Weighed 176.3 this morning so happy about that. I think it is water weight but I will take it. It is amazing how much the numbers change after a couple of weeks of partying. I was up to 187 and panicked. Have been following a fairly low carb diet for a week and the weight just recalculated it self. Back down to where I was a couple of weeks ago.
I hate to see this yo yo effect. It depresses me so. I need to stay in control of my eating. And that means in control of my drinking too.
Tonight at trivia, I will have the salad bar because the bar food is very fattening, and not on my diet. Lunch is a salmon day at sandras, 4 oz of wild caught marinated with sammies magic touch. yum!
After work I will try out my new drink rum and diet cream soda.
At trivia, many of our friends will be there. Some acquaintances, so I will have some social anxiety pop up. Wine will be my choice instead of fattening beer.
I do work tomorrow out of town so tonight I need to stay moderate in my drinking. Jeff drives to trivia, and doesn't have a problem staying moderate in his drinking, I am the one with the problem.
Saturday morning I have only 2 people to see. Jeff is going to a foot ball game with colleagues of his. They get to walk in with the band, it is a lot of fun for them. I am going to try to get together with a friend of mine who is in a bad relationship and needs to talk. Her name is Doris and is the woman who traveled with me last year to north carolina.
Sunday we will travel out of town over an hour to morgan city for their shrimp and petroleum festival. There is an arts and crafts area that we like that is under an over pass so while it does have a 70% chance of rain, the vendors will stay dry...and we will too!
