what i notice, is that the people who are bad drivers on the phone, are the same people who are bad drivers off the phone. knock on wood, i have never been in an accident when i was driving and when we did get hit, it had nothing to do with a cell phone.

here is my proposition: they should make people do things during the driving test. cause seriously... who drives at 10 and 2? who drives with the radio off all the time? the conditions they make people drive in are not real life conditions. they should make everyone drive while talking to a cell phone, eating or smoking. and if you can still pass a drivers test then, you are okay. i used to talk on my cell phone while smoking and driving a stick shift. now i drive an automatic so its not so bad. but seriously, i think if you talking on a phone hinders your ability to stay within the lines that bad, you probably shouldnt have a license in the first place.
