I am guilty of talking while driving. I just recently got me a cell phone again. I got it because where I live it is cheaper for me to have a cell phone and a land line that I can't call out on only calls in on for emergencies. I need to learn that when I'm driving to use the hands free option on my phone or not to use it at all.
