I'd prefer several presentations "you guys" and name because in our now 7 year journey we are into several switches. It wears off when you show everything all the gifts then you get the awareness and it is like second nature especially if not a continued splitting system like some are....

On a more personal level, someone used the host name it was the most insult I've heard of in a long time there is nothing stopping you all from using names. It comes with the territory.....
