haven't read the whole thread.
in both cases you are sacrificing one to save 6.
Case one seems more humane in it's solution and it seems there is little choice but to save the 6.
With Case two, saving 6 on an isolated island is much more complex, but I think, assuming all the organ transplansts would go well and those whor receive the organs would live, the original owner of the organs has the right to them and should be saved.
