—-you’re right, a routine helps so much. For me, vigorous exercise helps the most. I never found exercise I actually enjoyed until water aerobics- I just love it. The instructors are very different , so I tried various locations of LA Fitness here until I found an instructor who does a really fast routine to music. When I find myself getting depressed I go 6 days a week. Works like a charm.
