I think I spent close to $2000 between Labor Day sales and the past week (pre Labor Day sales). I don't know what's wrong with me. ALL the items were shoes, with the exception of 2 gifts and a laptop that I bought for my dad ($700) as a surprise gift. He needs the laptop for sure, as his old one broke, so I'm not returning this new laptop. I can't return it anyway since I custom built it. (I know a lot about computers.) Plus, he spent close to $10,000 on my grandma's funeral about two and a half weeks ago, so the least I can do is give him a gift.

I don't need more shoes. I already have 52 of them. (I wish I were exaggerating, but I do have 52 already. That's because I *never* throw any away, even when they're completely trashed. So I have a collection from age 14 up to my current age, 27).

Two of them I can't return for sure, and those were $100 apiece. I sprayed them with Jason Markk stuff. (Jason Markk affects the shoe, as it protects the shoe but slightly alters the color. Plus, they smell different now.)

Three of the other ones are final sale only, so that sucks. Those shoes were around $100 apiece! So... like $500 in shoes I can't return between those final sale ones and the other two... not including the $100 I spent on Jason Markk stuff, which I also can't return since I used most of it. The best I can do is try to sell them, but I'll probably get ripped off, so I don't want to do it.

Also, I have a friend on this forum and I bought them some stuff as a birthday gift and a gift for their kid. They deserve the gifts and I want them to enjoy them. But I'm just saying that that contributes to the total amount of money spent.

I think I'll return the rest of my shoes, but I'm such an idiot. $1375 in nonreturnable items. Oh, and that doesn't count my $1000 psych re-evaluation from last month. So I guess if you just look at August alone (and pretend that Sept. 1st is part of August), it's more like $3000.
