Anyway, I am working on an even pace. This is not that easy for me. I will need to do this both for walking and running, swithching between the two at regular intervals. Maybe periodically looking at my watch can help? One of these days I will try an indoor treadmill when it is raining.

My first and only half marathon about 5 years ago was 2:08:25, so I actually averaged a little under 10 minutes a mile. My fastest 3 miles were the last 3.
