got cellulitis from a fire ant bite on my fore arm.I went to a walk in clinic and got put on antibiotics and bactroban ointment 3 times a day. already took 2 doses. I am to use warm compresses 4 times a day. I used the moist heating pad tonight which worked like a charm though the rest of my arm is red from the heating pad. Jeff bought it for my neck and I have been using it on my back and it feels so good. You just heated it up in the microwave, 1min20seconds. the when it cools down I reheated it again, some how it produces a moist heat. It is a mystery to me. You don't get it wet. It creates its own moisture.
I am supposed to use warm moist compresses 3-4 times a day, which means I need to come home at lunch time to do the heating pad..
So get up early and do it then. 7;30, 12 :20, 5pm then 11pm
my friend gave me some skin care products that she uses which was really sweet of her but I used the cleanser and the mask and was oily one hour later. it is for dry sensitive skin. I have rosacea and hate to switch up my routine,. she said she thought the benzoperoxide was causing my face to be ruddy.
I agreed to have kelly do some procedure on my face will have that done when we get home from our trip the end of the month. It is a BBL, and she has to numb my face before she does it. She said it will lighten my face particularly my nose.I a little scared as i don't know what to expect. I am a wimp when it comes to pain.
