hi. my only major concern would be effexor boosting blood levels of wellbutrin. that ordinarily isn't a big deal, but if you reach a certain point, wellbutrin has a higher rate of inducing seizures than many other antidepressant options.

on the plus side, effexor has a very wide dosing range. I think some people take up to 400 or 600 or...I dunno, a whole lot...per day, and as little as 75mgs or so.

effexor can be difficult to discontinue. i discontinued wellbutrin quite easily. i was tired for a few days, then I was OK. no major problems. my experience might be somewhat unusual, but it seems that wellbutrin is similar to taking a mild stimulant...its even used now and then in some cases of add/adhd.
