I have literally been rejected from every single job I've applied to and interviewed for in the past two years despite being intelligent and capable. I feel defeated to the point where I just want to give up on myself. I have my degree, I've worked professionally as an accountant and am beyond capable, but nobody will give me a chance. Even recruiters I've worked with have belittled me and made me feel unworthy. I'm being told that I'm not qualified to work menial A/P, A/R jobs even though I have prepared full disclosure financial statements and have done advanced accounting work. Is anyone else struggling with the awful employment system?
