My understanding is many people on Effexor get ramped up. Maybe happening to you ???

I have certainly felt I have been dumbed down since starting meds at age 43

I think it’s good your seeing a neuro , just the unknown is stress inducing tho.

My advice is try mindfulness, it really helps me when my brain is spinning and too loud.
