I hate when I get to your place mentally, just sucks , a lot.
Can you go back to basics?
Day by day. Hour by hour. Minute by minute ?
Plan something in advance ? A movie , tv show, getting back to the gym ? Any goal in the future.
I honestly feel unless we have something to look forward too we flounder about.
