When I lived in Nashville I has diagnosed in 2012 I started attending a support group. I contacted with a lady and we became friends. We would call and text to check up on each other. After I moved to Oklahoma we remained in contact. We became friends on FB. She was a LPN and went back to work (she was receiving SSDI). I called her one day to check on her. A lady answered and said I had the wrong number. I checked her FB page it was gone.
Have you heard of WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan by Dr. Mary Ellen Copeland? She’s on YouTube
