I am such an undemanding client (outside of session, at least ) with virtually no phone calls, vast patience for unanswered calls, etc., that I know my expectations are not too high for the professionals in my life. Other people may have different answers and believe themselves to have unrealistic expectations. But I assumed you wanted us to answer for ourselves, not others! Good question.
