I have managed to find the balance and that for me is doing a HIIT workout every day.
I come home from work, and the first thing I do it a 10-20 minuter HIIT workout on YouTube, then relax and make dinner etc.
I feel great and the routine keeps me from obsessing too much over it.

This sounds great, I hope one day I'll be able to do HIIT. I hear so much positive talk about it.
But right now I'm not able to do that stuff as I'm overweight (ôk let's be honest according to bmi I'm obese) so I really can't do any jumping and stuff. I've always hated that kind of exercise. But I'm thinking that if I lose about 10kg doing traditional exercise I'll try HIIT as well. But right now I'm not sure my heart would appreciate the struggle
